Contact International Admissions to make sure your program is available before submitting an application.

Step 4. Apply and submit your document via Education Planner BC (EPBC)

• Choose an intake, your program
• Upload your documents (*) including:
  • High school/college transcripts
  • Proof of English proficiency
  • Copy of a valid passport
  • Copy of your study permit, if available
• Pay the $100 CAD application fee.

• This application fee is non-refundable.
• If your program of interest is not listed on , it is not available
• For applicants with a temporary resident status and residing in Canada, please select the country of Issue of your passport as the country of citizenship.

Step 5. Receive an Offer of Admission

If you meet the College’s entry requirements, an offer letter will be sent within 7-10 business days and will include instructions on how to accept your offer and provide the deposit.

Step 6. Pay the deposit to accept the Offer and receive a  Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

If required, the BC Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) will also be issued based on IRCC needs. Subsequently, you will receive additional details regarding course planning, registration, new student orientation, and more.

Step 7. Apply for a Study Permit and prepare to arrive

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires credential seeking students to hold a valid  during their study in Canada. Students from certain  must also apply for a .
